It is fairly clean, stunningly beautiful hotel and the staff is nice. Clean and updated room, nevertheless the views are awful. The location is marvellous as it's not far from the restaurant, the business center and Statesville.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. One of the things I appreciated was the friendly staff. They were always polite and ready to assist with any queries. Additionally, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and I especially liked the comfort of the king-sized bed. Another positive aspect was the location of the hotel. It was conveniently situated, making it easy to access nearby attractions and restaurants. Lastly, the breakfast included in the stay was a definite plus. The selection of food was good and it provided a great start to the day.
The noise from passing trains outside the room window did affect the relaxation factor a bit. Nevertheless, everything else was satisfactory.
